Senior creative director

At Peoples, the challenge was scale. With the lowest production budget in the Signet portfolio, the brand historically produced 10 to 14 images per quarter. My role was to increase output and raise visual quality without increasing cost.

After testing a modular post-production approach on Jared, I applied and systematized the same idea for Peoples, planning shoots to generate reusable base imagery that could be styled and recombined at volume. Using the same budget, this turned into a repeatable engine that expanded output to well over 100 usable assets per quarter with consistent quality.
